OUR offerings

PERSONAL TRAINING & SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

Fully individualized training with one of our coaches. After the initial consultation and determining your goals, we will build a custom training program to help you look better, move better, and become stronger. We’ll take the guess work out of your workouts and put you on path to crush your goals.
*Please email info@unleashedbarbellclub.com if interested in larger groups up to 3 or more for Semi-Private Training sessions.

This is UNLEASHED. Our small group classes are the foundations that UBC is built on. Each day has a different purpose and goal in mind. Our bread and butter, STRENGTH training class is programmed for upper/lower body splits and offered 4 days per week. CONDITIONING  class is offered 2 day per week. The intention is to allow you to optimize your training according to your schedule and goals with the objective of managing fatigue and burnout. 
Limited to 6 people per class, so that each member receives the coaching they deserve.
